Medical Director

Dr. Michael Woolman earned his medical degree from the University of Michigan. He competed his internship and residency training in the family practice program at Midland Hospital. He specializes in sports medicine, pediatrics, preventive medicine and health care for older adults and geriatrics.

He is committed to bringing caring, communication and medical knowledge and experience to his patients. He has served as Medical Director of Crestwood Rehabilitation and Nursing for over 30 years where he has enriched patients lives. 

Dr. Woolman moved to Utah more than 20 years ago because of the mountains, climate, lifestyle and the emphasis on family. When he is not working he enjoys biking, skiing, playing golf and bowling.
